BrandCat Now Tracks Trademarks: USPTO Live, WIPO & EUIPO Next

Today, we're excited to announce that BrandCat can now monitor registered trademarks alongside domains and lookalike sites.
This is a major step forward in our mission to give brands full visibility into their online footprint - not only domains and websites, but also the official records that protect their identity.

🕵️ Trademark Monitoring, the Smart Way

BrandCat now continuously scans the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) database and automatically links trademark data with domain and website activity.
You'll see connections between trademarks, registered owners, and domains - all in one unified view.

Coming Soon: WIPO and EUIPO

We're expanding fast.
Integration with WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) and EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) is already in progress done, with the SwissReg (CH) registry planned right after - very likely by the end of the week this post was written (early November 2025) also done :-)

⚡ Why This Matters

Trademarks aren't just legal paperwork - they're the foundation of brand protection.
Combining live trademark data with domain monitoring gives you an unmatched overview:

  • Receive unified alerts and structured findings in your BrandCat dashboard
