BrandCat Adds New Zealand IPONZ Trademark Monitoring

We're starting the year with some new features.

BrandCat now supports trademark monitoring from the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand (IPONZ).
This makes New Zealand the 6th jurisdiction covered by BrandCat's Trademark Monitor.

With this release, BrandCat users can monitor new trademark filings and status changes registered with IPONZ, directly alongside existing coverage from other major trademark offices.

🌍 Supported Trademark Offices

BrandCat now supports trademark monitoring across the following jurisdictions:

  • πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ United States - USPTO
  • πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ί European Union - EUIPO
  • πŸ‡¨πŸ‡ Switzerland - IGE / Swissreg
  • πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ Canada - CIPO
  • πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί Australia - IP Australia
  • πŸ‡³πŸ‡Ώ New Zealand - IPONZ

Additional jurisdictions, including WIPO datasets, are planned next.

πŸ” What IPONZ Integration Includes

The New Zealand integration provides:

  • Monitoring of newly filed trademarks
  • Status updates and lifecycle events
  • Application numbers and filing dates
  • Owner and correspondent information (when available)
  • Nice class classifications
  • Full trademark detail views inside BrandCat

Each trademark result opens into a detailed view showing all available data from IPONZ.
